I could talk about the weather and a distinct lack of spring on British shores but I won't.  I'll talk about my outfit instead.
The coat you have seen already. It's by Vjera Vilicnik and it's made of softest cashmere. I love, love, love the colour of it. In my mind pink goes with EVERYTHING (yes, neon orange and bright red included) even though I somehow always seem to be pairing it with black.
Trousers are a recent purchase from ASOS...I love the shape of them and the way they fall and drape around your body. The material is not the best quality, but for the price I don't really expect better. If they last me the whole season, they've done well.
Sam Edelman's sandals are the last season's purchase and I love them. I mean they have leopard AND spikes. What more do you need?
The Zara lightweight knitted top I wasn't initially sure about. It's black with brown elbow patches and not only do the patches scream "geography teacher" to me; the brown and black combo is possibly the only colour combination I'm not crazy about. However, that same colour combo is repeated on the sandals so I though the knit may just work and now I'm glad I bought it.
Rings and bracelets are by Made. Brass....cos I has no dosh for gold. ;)

I wore:
Rings & bracelets: Made
Trousers: ASOS
Sandals: Sam Edelman
(Jules B has a good selection and free shipping in the UK)
Top: Zara
Coat: thanks to Vjera Vilicnik

Hero Products

I haven't done one of these posts for a while so here it is: my favouritest (yes, I'm aware that is not an actual word) beauty products of the moment.
First up: Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay cologne. This originally came out in early autumn and it was love at first erm...sniff. It smells like long early morning autumnal walks in the English countryside. And if you never walked in the English countryside, well, just have a whiff of this. It's fresh and fruity and slightly bitter and I love it.
My second hero are these Real Techniques make up brushes. Pictured above is the eye kit, but I'm loving the brushes so much I'm basically buying into the whole collection. Yes, I'm a megalomaniac and I want them ALL. They're fairly inexpensive and are a good quality synthetic brushes. I get mine from "Look Fantastic" online store.

Pink Coat

When I was browsing through the upcoming fall/winter collections on the internet, I noticed one thing...lots of pink coats. Pale pink, bright pink, dusky pink, voluminous, ladylike...the pink coats were out in force. Just as well I already have one, I thought and proceeded to wear it.
Mine is from Vjera Vilicnik's collection and is made from softest cashmere. The colour is perfect dirty pink which I think suits everyone. I teamed it up with jersey day dress from ASOS and ASOS heels.
How do you like it? And more importantly, will you succumb to pink coats next winter?

I have changed the format of the blog photos a bit and now I will include some bigger ones alongside my regular sized photos. Some of you have also asked to include the colour on lips and nails in my outfit posts, so I've done that too. Do let me know how do you like these changes.
I wore:
Coat: thanks to Vjera Vilicnik
Jersey dress: ASOS
Socks: Falke
Shoes: ASOS
Lips: NARS Schiap
